Shipping policy
Shipping:
- DHL (for international shipping only)Â and Courier Guy handles all shipping
- Email admin@pastelcpt.co.za if your address falls out of our shipping scope
- Shipping of orders will only take place once payment is confirmed
- If applicable, shipping cost is payable by customer
- Handling time may vary from 5 – 7 days on average depending on dispatch load
- Customers will be notified should there be an issue with stock or a delay of dispatch
- Orders with incorrect billing information will be delayed
- Shipments are conducted from Monday – Friday
- If applicable, customs and duties is payable by customer
